• • Action against ragging shall be taken as per guidelines of UGC/PCI and other statutory bodies.
• • Ragging inside or outside the campus of educational institute is prohibited.
• • Whoever directly or indirectly commits, participate, abets, propagates ragging within or outside campus shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for the term upto 2 year and /or penalty which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
• • Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall dismissed from institute and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institute for the period of five year from the date of order of such dismissal.
