Extra Co-curricular Activity - DmbH Institute of Medical Science

From January 30th to February 2nd, 2024, DmbH Group of Institutions celebrated the Annual Sports Event 2024. The program was organized in accordance with the directives of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The event was a remarkable celebration of athleticism, camaraderie and unforgettable memories. This report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the event, highlighting the personal and emotional experiences that made it truly special.
It brought together students, faculty and staff from various departments to showcase their sporting talents. The event featured a wide range of sports, including football, cricket, volleyball, tug of war, athletics, badminton, chess, carrom and more. The atmosphere was electric, with participants and spectators alike filled with anticipation and excitement. It taught us the importance of perseverance, teamwork and pushing our limits. The event also highlighted the significance of physical well-being and the role of sports in promoting a healthy lifestyle. The memories created during the event will serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for future endeavours. The experiences gained from this event will be cherished for years to come, serving as a reminder of the power of sports to create lasting memories and forge strong connections.

The main purpose of the Fresher’s Party is to welcome the new students in the most cherished phase of their life – the college life. Through this Fresher’s Party, the new students not only get a chance to culminate a friendly relation with the peers as well as the seniors but also get an opportunity to boost up their confidence and showcase their creative impulses. It is the day where seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college.
In DmbH Institute of Medical Science, Fresher's welcome of B. Pharm 1st year and D. Pharm 1st year students was organized by B. Pharm 2nd year and D. Pharm 2nd year students along with the students of 3rd and 4th year B. Pharm students on 10th November, 2023.

DmbH Institute of Medical Science (DmbHIMS) organized 1st National Conference an on Renaissance in Healthcare Management and Tools for Navigating the Future, 18th- 19th April, 2024. The program was conducted at Rabindra Bbaban Chandannagar. In an era marked by unprecedented technological advancements, the healthcare industry is experiencing a remarkable transformation that is reshaping the way healthcare is delivered, managed, and experienced.
The infusion of cutting-edge technology into healthcare is not merely an evolution but a revolution, one that holds immense promise for improving patient outcomes, enhancing efficiency, and revolutionizing the overall healthcare landscape. This main objective of this conference was to provide an excellent platform to acquire the knowledge on the recent trends in the pharmaceutical discipline through the, plenary and keynote sessions, panel discussions and poster presentations.
